Cooking Mode

1. In a blender, combine the fruit purees with the Oliveira da Serra Balsamic Vinegar and blend.
2. Add the ice and blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with strawberries and raspberries on a skewer.
4. Finish the garnish with basil leaves.

Suggestion: Add 4 cl of rum, vodka, or gin.
