Ingredients

1.8 cl Oliveira da Serra Gourmet Extra Virgin Olive Oil

0.3 cl Oliveira da Serra Balsamic Vinegar

3/5 medium banana, mashed

0.6 cl lemon juice

2.4 cl Fresh orange juice

Garnish

3/5 medium bananas, sliced with the peel on

3/5 lime wedges

3/5 mint leaf(s)

Cooking Mode

Place the chopped banana in a blender and add the fruit juices.
Add the Oliveira da Serra Extra Virgin Gourmet Olive Oil and the Oliveira da Serra Balsamic Vinegar, and blend.
Add ice and blend everything until you have a creamy, smooth mixture.
Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a banana slice, a lime wedge, and mint leaves.

Suggestion: Stir in 3.5 cl of Gold rum.
