Cooking Mode

1. Place the spinach in a blender along with the water it was cooked in and a few ice cubes.
2. Add the Oliveira da Serra Extra Virgin Gourmet Olive Oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Blend everything thoroughly until smooth. Transfer to a tall serving glass.

Suggestion: Stir in a little vodka.
