Ingredients

Olive oil from Oliveira da Serra, as needed

to taste Oliveira da Serra Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 chicken cutlets

Grated mozzarella, to taste

to taste cherry tomatoes

2 tbsp pesto

to taste fresh herbs

Cooking Mode

  1. Preheat the oven to 180º
  2. In a skillet, add a drizzle of Oliveira da Serra Virgin Olive Oil and the steaks. Heat.
  3. Remove the steaks from the skillet, sprinkle with herbs and mozzarella. Add pesto and halved cherry tomatoes. Bake until the cheese melts.
  4. Finally, drizzle with Oliveira da Serra Extra Virgin Classic olive oil. Serve.
