Olive oil from Oliveira da Serra, as needed (spray)
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
Rosemary to taste
Cooking Mode
Line the Air Fryer tray with parchment paper and place the alheiras on it. Sprinkle with paprika and finely chopped garlic. Arrange the rosemary on top of the alheiras and spray everything with olive oil spray.
Cook at 200°C for about 15 minutes or until the alheiras are nice and crispy on the outside.
Pause the air fryer, remove the alheiras, and, without cleaning the tray, add the two eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook for a few more minutes until the eggs are sunny-side up. (Cooking time will vary greatly depending on the air fryer model, so it’s best to check every 2 minutes.)
Serve the eggs on top of the alheiras and serve with french fries or a salad.
