Cooking Mode

1. In a saucepan, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the garlic and onion until golden.
2. Add the chopped chicken breast and pour in the broth. Add the rice. Let it cook.
3. Puree the mixture, strain it through a fine-mesh strainer, and return it to the heat until it comes to a boil.

Garnish

1. Garnish with shredded chicken, chopped hard-boiled egg, and drizzle with the remaining olive oil.
