Ingredients

0.5 dl Oliveira da Serra Gourmet Extra Virgin Olive Oil

8 eggs

500g sugar

1 dl honey

5g Orange zest

Butter for the pan, as needed

10 scoops of lemon ice cream

Cooking Mode

  1. Mix the sugar into the eggs with your hands until it dissolves completely.
  2. Stir in the orange zest, lemon zest, and olive oil, then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes in a baking pan that has been greased with butter.
