Cooking Mode

1. Beat the eggs and egg yolks with the sugar until creamy.
2. Place the mixture in a bowl and heat it in a double boiler with the olive oil. Whisk for 5 minutes.
3. Add the flour and brandy.
4. Knead the dough on a floured work surface, shaping it into small balls.
5. Bake at 190°C for 9 minutes.
